Perfect for guests, the second bedroom can accommodate 2 people. Direct access to second bathroom.
Bathrooms - Total of 3
The master bedroom has a shower and separate tub. There is a second bathroom with shower for additional guests; the bathroom can be accessed from the main living area or from the 2nd bedroom. A third shower and toilet is located on the penthouse level.
Full Size Deluxe Kitchen
The kitchen is up-to-date with a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop stove, oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pan, serving dishes, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silver wear, and "gadgets" such as a bottle opener, can opener, wine opener, and grilling tools. There is also purified bottled water. The kitchen is fully equipped so you may prepare and enjoy your own meals (or dine out at one of the many restaurants on 5th Avenue.)
Living Area
There is a large smart TV in the living area for guests to login to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, or your choice of streaming service. The futon bed sleeps 2.
Beach Front Balcony
With an ocean front and pool view, enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the outside balcony/patio with a view.
Private Penthouse
Need more space? Want to entertain or spread out? This unit is perfect for you! Take the stairs to the top penthouse floor where you have access to a private plunge pool (no heat/jets), lounge chairs for basking in the sun, or for peace and quite while you gaze out over the ocean. The 3rd bathroom is located here, on the penthouse level. There is also a propane grill and dining area to enjoy outdoor meals.
